If you're tired of endless diets, obsession with food that leads to frustrations, it is time to take action.

The rest of your life starts today.

What is
emotional eating?

Have you ever found yourself reaching for a tub of ice cream after a tough day at work? Or mindlessly snacking on chips while watching TV, even though you're not really hungry? That's emotional eating in action.

Emotional eating is when we eat as a way to cope with our emotions, rather than eating to satisfy our physical hunger.

“My journey on emotional eating with Marilyn has been so enlightening. I became more aware of my eating behaviours and started consciously connecting them to my emotions. Marilyn has a strong ability to understand her clients’ concerns and uses gentle and tailored approach to help us become more aware of the link between emotions and eating behaviours. I feel I am now more in control of what once used to be an unconscious act. I definitely recommend her.”
